Based in Wheaton, Rush Concealed Carry & Firearms Training is a small but dedicated firearms training company. I run exciting classes for all levels of ability, from first-time beginners to advanced shooters. My belief is in safe, fun, and enjoyable firearms courses that will inform and prepare you to become a responsibly armed American.

Knowledgeable Instruction

I am a Marine Corps Veteran with combat experience. I have and maintain all the certifications for firearms training in Illinois. My certifications are as follows: NRA Certified Basic Pistol Instructor, USCCA Firearms Instructor, and I am certified by the Illinois State Police to teach concealed carry courses.

My beliefs

I believe every person has a right to defend themselves, their loved ones, and their home. You are your family's first responder. I will teach you how to fire, maintain, and safely store a firearm to enforce those beliefs. This is the 16-hour required course for an Illinois Concealed Carry License.

The class is well designed for someone like me that had no previous
experience. Lonnie did an excellent job making sure that I understood
new terms and phrases as they came up. He really has a passion for it
